we have a 1-day return notice, which means you have 1 day after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original tags and  packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at order@manellhq.com

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund. or exchange after inspecting the item.

 Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges/ Store credit
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You are responsible for the delivery cost of your exchange. Once we receive your exchange request, an invoice will be sent to your email for the delivery cost of your exchange.

If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item with a higher value, the difference in cost of the exchanged item(s) will be required.

Manell is not responsible for return expenses. All items being returned and delivery cost are borne by the customer wishing to make a return. Price adjustments are available on item(s) purchased at original price 24 hours before a sale.
