Manell offer a number of shipping methods for your convenience. Depending on the item(s) you purchase on www.manellhq.com and the location to which the items will be delivered. You will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are based on the shipping method chosen and the value of the total order. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
Allow 14 business days for order completion. Your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within Nigeria where our warehouse is located. For orders $300 and above, attract free shipping.
PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 10 – 14 business days for your order(s) to be processed. This is to enable efficient garment(s) production & seamless shipping process. During sales and high volume periods, kindly note that the processing time frame will differ.

PACKING AND SHIPPING
When possible all items to the selected addresse will be packaged together. Depending on the size of the item and number of unites, orders may be packed and shipped in multiple boxes
PRE – ORDER ITEM(S)
Item(S) listed as ‘PRE-ORDER’ require a longer processing time and are dispatched at a later date than usual. If you order an item listed as “PRE-ORDER – ‘name of item’” this means that your order is placed on a waiting list and is dispatched within the stated time range or specific date in the product description.
DISPATCH NOTIFICATION
If you have not received a dispatch/delivery notification within the specified processing time or dispatch date, please notify us by sending an email to our department order@manellhq.com including your order number.
ITEM(S) NOT DISPATCHED
If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days before contacting us because packages may be delayed. Once items are dispatched it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered.
Please note that refunds will not be issued for lost packages, however items will be resent if a package cannot be traced.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES CHARGES
Almost all shipments crossing international borders (Nigeria) are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government. Manell has no control over these charges as they vary between countries.
